is a first-generation Korean-American born in the San Francisco Bay Area.
He was first introduced to photography by his father at a young age after being intrigued by skateboarding magazines and films. As he grew up and other interests emerged, photography remained a staple that connected all of his hobbies together. The cultural elements from skateboarding, photography, cinema, music, cannabis, and the arts influenced the unique individual we know him by today.
Nowadays, Matthew is focused on creating fine art photography, providing freelance creative services, living an active and healthy lifestyle, and working within his communities to help tell important, untold stories.
